Pizza was so gross. Took an hour to get here and the cheese isn't even soft? It's harderned like it was sitting under a heat lamp. Probably because it was sitting so long. Never ordering from here again because the pizza from tonight was garbage and thinking about the fact that it might have not even been freshly made is disgusting. Save your money
The food was delicious and made to how we like it, however, when we called on the phone we mentioned to them that we only had a $100 bill and needed them to bring the appropriate change for it. Communication was a huge factor in this mix up. The driver said he could go to the gas station and spend OUR MONEY to break the 100 or he would have to take the food back. Wasn't a pleasant experience with the driver.
I won't be coming back to Cousin Vinny's why? Simple I tried calling them at 2 in the morning they're open till 4 so that being said there shouldn't have been a problem and yet I was stuck on hold for 30 minutes the first phone call I made II phone call I made because at that point I hung up I called back was given the same treatment stuck on hold again total time on hold 1 hour. The third time I called granted now I'm starving I haven't eaten I've been working my ass off and they owe me a pizza because the last time they did anything they screwed it up and it came cold so with that being said they have bad customer service and being stuck on hold the whole entire time is not cool and then they didn't even take my order it's now 3 a.m. they close in one hour I'm typing this the day of the event right now I am on hold right now. All I want is that big deal you know large pizza one topping crazy bread wannabes whatever drinks but nope I'm going to starve again thank you Cousin Vinny's I've noticed that there is a lot of negative remarks and if I could seriously give you a negative star I seriously would the guy is a dick you need new management and new employees and stuck firing the good ones and you owe me a pizza still and if you were to pay attention to any of these reviews Maybe people would start coming back probably oh wild farfetch from that right Pizza Hut they're closed right now but at least they do deliver and they do usually get the orders straight and your pizza does come hot Domino's the same thing what's your excuse?
Pizza and bread sticks arrived hot and fresh first experience not to bad. Person on the phone could of been a little nicer. But all in all a good experience.
Great pizza but the last two times they forget to bring my drink and promised me that they would run one out and never did ! So make sure you have pop on hand.
